January 21, Austin High bombs Anderson by 13. Anderson did a great job defensivly holding McClellan to only 11 points however, McClellan helped his teamsates Reinking who scored 16, Gonzales and Strake both finishing with 14. With this win Austin High stays in front of the pack in district with only Akins standing in the way to a district title. Keep in mind they will have to go through district play again giving teams like Bowie and Del Valle a second chance to knock them off the top.
